REQUEST for APPOINTMENT

An appointment for a photographic session should be arranged well in advance of when you want your photographs taken.  It is recommended that you attend a planning session (no charge) prior to the photographic session so that backgrounds can be chosen and poses can be selected.  In this way, all of the session time can be utilized for photography and not wasted setting up backgrounds and posing for photos that may not really satisfy your desire.  Additionally, if you have not made a Reserved Time Payment to hold the time open, the time set aside may be assigned to someone else (the Reserved Time Payment can and should be made at the planning session).  This form will basically provide us with the opportunity to advise you whether the time wanted is presently available. It will not hold the time open until a Reserved Time Payment is made.  You can expect a reply within two working days advising of the current availability status.
